Activity Morning 15th August 2020

Very successful morning at the wetlands on Saturday 15/08/2020 with 12 members of our group attending and we had visitors, Alison Goundrey & Nic Dunlop from Conservation Council WA,  Cat Williams from SERCUl.  Bob Dixon gave us a very interesting talk on the wildflowers he is growing.

The rains have been excellent which have attracted Black Ducks, a white Egret, and lots of other birds EG :-Red-tailed black cockatoos, Magpies, Honey Eaters and lots more.

A temporary fence barrier has been constructed with signage to allow for the regeneration of natural bushland, limit trampling and the spread of weeds.

New members welcome:-Our Activity mornings are on the third Saturday of the month all year round.

We meet at the end of Alton street Kenwick  9 am,  morning tea provided
