Rich and Rare: Knowing and Caring for the Greater Brixton Street Wetlands

This symposium offers an opportunity to learn more about this extraordinary place, and to explore best practice for sustainable development of the surrounding area.
We plan to run talks in the morning from 9am, and a field trip to the wetlands in the afternoon.
We anticipate that we will be finished by 4 pm. The seminar is free, and tea and coffee will be provided, but lunch will not be catered.
However, there is a cafe on site where lunch can be purchased.

Our 1st midweek Walk & Talk on the 18th March led by Marc Lane was very successful.
Beautiful weather, it rained! All 18 people who attended so enjoyed getting wet. Yum! We were so grateful for the rain.
Lots of interesting things were pointed out by Marc and the vegetation just sparkled as did the cobwebs!
Had a very friendly morning tea, much to talk about and some questions for Marc.
Looking forward to next Walk & Talk 15th April – Leader will be Karl Kuru.
